Abstract
The research investigates the COMMERE electronic ratify IN jurisprudence, which means a new
ratify between people, and this ratify is one of several ways of new commerce.
The research aims to say when ratify appeared; the meaning of it; and searches the rules of Islam
regarding this subject.
