Abstract

يتناول البحث عقد التجارة الإلكترونية باعتباره وسيلة تعاقدية مستحدثة، وصورة من صور التجارة المعاصرة، وقد هدف البحث إلى تتبع ظهور هذه الوسيلة، وتعريفها، ثم تتبع البحث التكييف الفقهي لعقد التجارة الإلكترونية، والضوابط الشرعية للتعامل بها. Abstract The research investigates the COMMERE electronic ratify IN jurisprudence, which means a new ratify between people, and this ratify is one of several ways of new commerce. The research aims to say when ratify appeared; the meaning of it; and searches the rules of Islam regarding this subject.
