ممارسة المعلمين لقيم الوحدة الوطنية في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

Abstract

الملخص هدفت الدراسـة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المعلمين لقيم الوحدة الوطنية في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ولتحقيق ذلك ‏اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، مستخدمة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، إذ تكونت من (33) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، وتم ‏توزيعها على عينة طبقية عشوائية، تكونت من (465)معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية تربية لواء ماركا في العاصمة عمّان، وأظهرت ‏النتائج درجة ممارسة مرتفعة وفي جميع المجـالات، كما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مجالات (السياسي، والديني، ‏والتنموي، والكلي) باختلاف الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وفي المجال الثقافي والفكري باختلاف المرحلة العمرية ولصالح المرحلـة ‏العمرية الأصغر، وفي المجال السياسي ولصالح المرحلة العمرية الأكبر، وفي المجال الاجتماعي باختلاف مدة الإستخدام لوسائل ‏التواصل الاجتماعي ولصالح ذوي الوقت الأطول، وفي المجال الاجتماعي باختلاف التخصص ولصالح التخصصات الإنسانية، ‏وفي المجال الاجتماعي باختلاف مستوى الدخـل ولصالح ذوي الدخل الأقل، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات ‏مثل تعزيز التواصل الاجتماعي بين المعلمين والطلبة عبر شبكات متخصصة بالمجتمع المدرسي لغرس هذه القيم عن طريق ‏القدوة والنمذجة. وعقد دورات أو ورشات عمل لتعزيز دور المعلمين الذكور وذوي التخصصات الإنسانية في التربية على الوحدة ‏الوطنية.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: المعلمون، الوحدة الوطنية، قيم الوحدة الوطنية، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. ‏

Abstract This study aimed at unveiling the extent to which teachers practice values of national unity in social ‎media. To achieve this goal, the study adopted the descriptive approach and collected data by means of a ‎questionnaire, comprising (33) paragraphs, covering five domains. The questionnaire was distributed to a ‎random sample of (465) male and female teachers in Marka Education Directorate in Amman. The results ‎showed a high level of practice in all domains. They also showed statistically significant differences in ‎‎(political, religious, development and overall) domains in favor of female teachers. In the cultural and ‎intellectual domain according to age group and in favor of the younger group. In the political domain in ‎favor of the older group. In the social domain according to the duration of usage of social media in favor of ‎the longer time. In the social domain according to specialization in favor of humanitarians studies. In the ‎social domain according to income level in favor of lower income group. In light of the above results, In ‎the light of the results, the study presented some recommendations such as enhancing social ‎communication between teachers and students through networks specialized in the school community to ‎instill these values through modeling.
