تتناول الدراسة بالتفصيل الحديث عن دور الهيئة الإدارية المشرفة على الجاليات الأجنبية في مصر من قبيل: القنصل الأجنبي – مجلس مساعد القنصل - نائب القنصل - مدير الفندق – موظفون آخرون- موثق العقود والترجمان، كما تتعرض هذه الدراسة للمشاكل التي كانت تحدث بين الجاليات الأوروبية والمماليك من ناحية، وبين الجاليات الأجنبية بعضها بعضا.

Trade Regulations between the Mameluke Government & Europe During the Mameluke Sultans Era
Abstract
This study deals in depth with the role of the Administrative Supervising Commission of Foreign Communities in Egypt by the Foreign Consul, the Consul assistant board, the Consul Deputy, the Hotel Manager, other staff, the translator and the Contracts’ Authenticator. This study also investigates the problems that used to occur between foreign European communities and Mamelukes on the one hand and between foreign European communities themselves on the other.
