ملخص ‏ تتناول الدراسة بالتفصيل الحديث عن دور الهيئة الإدارية المشرفة على الجاليات الأجنبية في مصر من قبيل: القنصل ‏الأجنبي – مجلس مساعد القنصل - نائب القنصل - مدير الفندق – موظفون آخرون- موثق العقود والترجمان، كما تتعرض هذه ‏الدراسة للمشاكل التي كانت تحدث بين الجاليات الأوروبية والمماليك من ناحية، وبين الجاليات الأجنبية بعضها بعضا.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: المماليك، التنظيمات التجارية، الجاليات الأجنبية.‏

Trade Regulations between the Mameluke Government & Europe During the Mameluke ‎Sultans Era

Abstract ‎ This study deals in depth with the role of the Administrative Supervising Commission of Foreign Communities in ‎Egypt by the Foreign Consul, the Consul assistant board, the Consul Deputy, the Hotel Manager, other staff, the ‎translator and the Contracts’ Authenticator. This study also investigates the problems that used to occur between ‎foreign European communities and Mamelukes on the one hand and between foreign European communities ‎themselves on the other. ‎ Keywords: Mameluke, Trade Regulations, Foreign Communities.‎
