ملخص
يعرض هذا البحث لدراسة شخصية الصحابي معاوية بن أبي سفيان في كتابات بعض المعاصرين؛ ودراسة ما جاء فيها من أخبار وشبهات تطعن في الصحابي معاوية بن أبي سفيان وعدالته. وجاء البحث في تمهيد وثلاثة مباحث، أما التمهيد فعرفت فيه بمشكلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة. وأما المباحث فكانت على النحو الآتي: المبحث الأول: التعريف بالصحابي معاوية وبيان مناقبه ومكانته، المبحث الثاني: معاوية بن أبي سفيان في كتابات بعض المعاصرين: ذكرت فيه شبهاتهم وطعونهم في معاوية. المبحث الثالث: مناقشة شبهات كتابات بعض المعاصرين وطعونهم في معاوية بن أبي سفيان من خلال منهج المحدثين النقدي، ثم الخاتمة، والنتائج، والتوصيات.

This research will discuss the question of The Justice of the Companions by taking the personality of the Companion"Mo'aweyah Ibin Aby Sofyan" as an example.
