ملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان خطورة التساهل بالحكم بالكفر على المسلم وهو ما اصطلح عليه عند علماء العقيدة "حكم تكفير المعين"، في ظل تنامي ظاهرة التكفير بين أوساط بعض الحركات الإسلامية .
حيث يظهر من خلال البحث احتياط الشرع في إطلاق هذا الحكم، ووجوب التثبت منه دون غلو أو تساهل، وبيان الفرق بين التكفير العام المطلق الوارد في النصوص الشرعية وبين تكفير المعين، مع إيضاح شروط التكفير والموانع التي قد تنتفي في حق المعين، مع إبراز الآثار الخطيرة المترتبة على هذا الحكم .
Abstract
This research aims at showing the risk of accusing a muslim of infidelity, according to the terms of the creed's scholars, "Judgment of appointed Infidelity" through the rising of this case between some Islamic movements. The Islamic law started this solution, and must commit to it without complacency. State the difference between the general infidelity and the judgment of appointed infidelity, with listing the rules, and stating the dangers and the outcomes.
