ملخص
ينتظم هذا البحث في ثلاثة مباحث إضافة إلى مقدمة وخاتمة على النحو الآتي:
مقدمة: بيَّن فيها الباحث اختلاف العلماء في النصوص القرآنية ظنية الدلالة.
المبحث الأول فقد عرّف فيه الباحث الموضوعيَّة، وخَلُص إلى أنها إعمال العقل في فهم النص القرآني بتجرد وحيادية، وترجيح المعنى الذي يؤيده الدليل المعتبر.
المبحث الثاني، فقد ذكر الباحث أن القرآن دعا إلى الموضوعيَّة من خلال النهي عن التقليد، واتباع الهوى، وترك العدل، وعدَّ هذه المنهيات صوارف تحول دون تحقق الموضوعية لدى الباحث.
المبحث الثالث، فقد ذكر فيه الباحث جملة من الأمثلة التي تدل على موضوعية السمين الحلبي، حيث ردَّ بعض اعتراضات شيخه على الزمخشري في بعض مسائل الصناعة النحوية، ووافقه في مسائل العقيدة.
خاتمة، أودعها الباحث أهم النتائج.
Abstract
The research is organized into an introduction, three studies and a conclusion as follows: in the introduction, the researcher discusses illustrators' different opinions on the conjectural Quranic texts. The first study identifies objectivity in reading the Quran as the working of mind to understand the Quran text itself in impartiality, neutrality and considering the meaning that is supported by acknowledged evidence. The second study deals with the extent to which the Quran urge for objectivity by prohibiting imitation, illegal desires, and injustice. In the third study: a number of examples are stated to demonstrate the objectivity of "Al -Samin Al-Halabi", and how he challenges some opinion of his teacher Abu-Hayan Ali Al-Zamakhshari. Al-Samin disagrees with his teacher’s syntactic illustrations, and agrees with him on the matters of Creed. The conclusion summarizes the previous sections.
