حكم الفعل الزائد في الصلاة من جنسها والآثار المترتبة عليه - دراسة فقهية مقارنة - *

Abstract

ملخص تناولت هذه الدراسة حكم بعض الأفعال الزائدة في الصلاة والأثر المترتب على تلك الزيادة من حيث صحة الصلاة أو عدم صحتها، وهذه الأفعال هي من جنس أفعال الصلاة، وذلك كزيادة ركن فعلي، أو زيادة ركعة، أو تكرير قراءة الفاتحة في ركعة واحدة، والقراءة من المصحف أثناء الصلاة، أو العودة من القيام إلى التشهد الأول، أو الصلاة منفرداً خلف الصف، وكذلك الأفعال المتعلقة بترك بعض شروط صحة الصلاة، كترك استقبال القبلة، أو ستر العورة بعد انكشافها. Abstract This study examines issues related to the manners and procedures of prayers in Islam. It deals with cases in which one overacts while praying or praying solely in mosques while one can fit into a line of other praying Muslims. Other cases include the wrong direction one might take when he or she does not face Makah or wearing indecent dress while praying. The study shows the Islamic point of view regarding the aforementioned cases and whether a prayer is taken or untaken under similar situations.
