الملخص
أحاديث الأحكام من أهم الموضوعات التي تهم الفقيه، فحديث السفينة من هذه الأحاديث الجامعة التي تتحدث عن المجتمع بأكمله، وكيفية إصلاحه والمحافظة عليه سالماً معافى من الأخطار. ومن خلال اطلاعي على الحديث بحثتُ الجوانب اللغوية حسب الروايات المتعددة وأجريت مقارنة بينها وأثرها في الأحكام. وقسّمت الجوانب الفقهية في الحديث إلى: الجانب القضائي وخاصة القرعة، والجانب السياسي وخاصة الإمارة، والجانب الاجتماعي والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، والجانب العقابي أثر العقوبة وأهميتها في إصلاح المجتمع، والجانب الحضاري؛ في القيم والأخلاق، والجانب الاقتصادي، والجانب الحقوقي ثم الخاتمة والنتائج والتوصيات. والحمد لله رب العالمين في الابتداء والانتهاء .. وصلى اللهم وسلم على سيدنا محمد.
Abstract
The Rophets Hadith (Sayings) that incorporate judgements are considerd the most important for Faqih. The Ship Hadith is one of the most comprehensive sayings by the prophet since it talks about how to fix and maintain the society as a whole. The present paper deals with the various linguistic aspects of this Hadith according to the different narrations and their effects on the various judgments that varied according. Jurspridical aspects were classified into legal, political and social aspects. Punishment aspects were also discussed studising their significance in reforming society. The civil role played in values and morals, economic and legal aspects were also discussed.
