دعوات الحوار والتقارب بين المسلمين والمسيحيين والصادرة عن المسيحية الغربية تخصيصا أمام عقبة كأداء لصدورها من أقوام لهم تاريخ بالتنصير أو التبشير في مناطقنا العربية والإسلامية. والتبشير أمام موقف صعب، فتاريخه مرتبط بالاستعمار الدموي، وبإنشاء الحركة الاستشراقية التي لعبت دور الجاسوسية للتبشير والاستعمار في حروبهما الاستعمارية ضد الشعوب الإسلامية وغيرها.
إفريقيا السوداء وأمريكا الجنوبية أمثلة واقعية حية على دعم الحركة التبشيرية للسلوكات العنصرية وإبادة حضارات بأكملها. وفيما يتعلق بالدول العربية والإسلامية فالأدلة كثيرة، أيضا، على تعاون التبشير مع الاستعمار ضد الشعوب العربية الإسلامية وغيرها.
في هذا الخضم، أين يمكن أن تقع دعوات الحوار والتقارب الصادرة عن الكنيسة الغربية بعامة، من حيث المصداقية في العالم الإسلامي؟
توصل البحث الى أن هذه الدعوات لن يكون لها قيمة ما لم يكن هناك إثبات حسن نوايا، أقلها الاعتراف بالخطأ التاريخي والمتعمد من قبل الحركة التبشيرية الغربية بشقيها: الكاثوليكي والبروتستانتي، والاعتذار الرسمي لتكون قاعدة انطلاق لحوار حقيقي يجنب البشرية العديد من الويلات.
Abstract
The inter-faith dialogue between Muslims and Christians as proposed by Christian Missionary Movement is facing a difficult time in this century as there is a strong evidence of the strong relation between it and the Christianizing missions in the Arab and Islamic worlds which is associated with the blood-shedding western colonization. Africa and South America are a strong proof for racism and mass genocide supported by the missionary movements. Further, Christian missionaries and churches are proved to be one of the main founders of the Orientalist movement which has played a significant role in supporting bloody and racist colonial movements in Muslim and non-Muslim countries. In our recent time these same movements are calling Muslims for a dialogue and mutual co-operation. This paper argues that these calls have no credibility unless a genuine confession of committing mistakes and an official apology are offered to show a significant indication of good intentions.
