أثر الأذكار ونحوها من خارج الصلاة على صحتها (دراسة فقهية مقارنة)

Abstract

الملخص

تناولت هذه الدراسة بيان مفهوم الأذكار والصحة والبطلان والفساد والصلاة، ثم تناولت أثر الأذكار والأدعية ونحوها مما ليست من أذكار الصلاة الداخلية بل هي من خارجها على صحة الصلاة: كتشميت العاطس، ورد السلام، والفتح على المصلي إماماً كان أو منفرداً، وتفهيم الغير أثناء الصلاة بنظم القرآن ونحو ذلك. ثم بيان آراء الفقهاء وأدلتهم ومناقشتها وصولاً إلى الرأي الراجح، مما يساعد المصلي على أداء صلاته بالكيفية التي أرادها الشارع سبحانه وتعالى، وما يترتب على ذلك مِن القبول وحصول الأجر والثواب.

Abstract

This study aimed at explicating the concept of athkar (praises), its validity, invalidity, voidness, and praying. Then it discussed the impact of athkar, dua (calls), and similarities, which are not part of internal praying praises, but outside it on the validity of praying, i. e. , blessing the sneezer, reply a salutation, and correcting the prayer or Imam, explain to the prayer or directing others through a verse from the Holy Quran. The study also showed some scholars opinions, and proofs; discussed them in order to reach a favorable opinion, which leads to assisting the prayer to fulfill his rituals according to the teachings of Allah (subhanahu wataala), which leads to acceptance and the attainment of reward.
