Abstract

الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الدعوة لعدم تحديد وقت لرمي الجمرات بناء على معطيات وظروف العصر الذي نعيش وهو شدة الزحام الناتج عن كثرة الحجاج في هذا الزمان من خلال استقراء المقاصد الشرعية وسياسة التشريع والأحاديث النبوية وأقوال العلماء التي تثبت أن هذا الدين يسر وأنه يجب رفع الضرر عن الإنسان، وأن مراعاة صحة الإنسان من الدين.

Abstract

This research, deperding on data taken from the prophets traditions, legislative purposes, legislative policy and scientists claims, tries to prove that allocating a particular time for throwing the jamarat during Haj is not neccssary. This atlempt comes as a result of what we witness every year of incidents that occar due to the increasing nun bers of pilgrims. Finally, the research hypothesis comes from our understanding that Islam is a religion that cares mostly for the human health and safety.
