ملخص
تعتبر هذه الدراسة واحدة من الدراسات الأكاديمية التي تحاول كشف أحداث ومحاولات التغلب على ثغرة سياسية واجهت المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بعد الأحداث الأليمة التي ألمت بها إثر أحداث أيلول 1970م.
وقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى إثبات الأطر الفكرية للاتحاد الوطني وأسباب قيامه ومسيرته، ورأي الفرقاء السياسيين على الساحة الأردنية فيه. وناقشت الأطر الفكرية للاتحاد، وأثبتت ما ينبغي توجيه النقد إليه، وما كان ينبغي أن يكون عليه الحال؛ وذلك من أجل تشخيص حالة النهوض والكوابح التي واجهتها في تلك المرحلة.
ونظراً لأن الاختلافات السياسية على الساحة الأردنية تطل برأسها من حين لآخر، ويكثر في كل مرة الاجتهاد وتتعدد الآراء، أردنا التذكير بهذه التجربة التي امتدت نحو ثلاث سنين (1971-1973م) لعل الطيف السياسي الأردني يستفيد منها ويبني عليها.
Abstract
This study is considered one of the documentary and academic studies that explore events and offers to overcome political gap that faced the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan after the painful events of 1970. Moreover, this study tried to document the intellectual frameworks of the "national unity", its career as a party, and standpoint of political parties on the domestic arena regarding this political entity. Furthermore, this study documented the political criticism regarding this political party. Since political differences on the domestic arena come to surface from time to time and because of the presence of various viewpoints, we presented this experience that extended for about 3 years to researchers from different political perspectives.
