هدف البحث إلى بیان معنى تقنیة الاتصال الحدیثة، مبینا أهم الفوائد العامة لاستخدام التقنیة في
رقي الإنسان ومدنیته، ثم انتقل إلى بیان حكم هذه التقنیة إجمالا من حیث كونها، وسیلة وهو الجواز، ثم فصل
القول في الحكم الشرعي التكلیفي التفصیلي في حكم استخدمها من حیث مقصدها.
وقد استنتج البحث مجالات استخدام تقنیة الاتصالات سواء في المجال التعلیمي، أم في المجال
الدعوى، أم في المجال الاجتماعي، وأخیرا في المجال الترویحي.
وقد استخلص البحث أهم المحاذیر الشرعیة العامة المتعلقة باستخدام هذه التقنیات، مفصّلا القول في
بعض التطبیقات الهامة في تقنیة الاتصال الحدیثة مبیناً ضوابطها الخاصة المتعلقة بها.
Abstract
The research investigates the meaning of technology of modern communication, and
explains the most important benefits for the use of technology in the people’s lives and
civilization. It also goes to discuss the position of this technology from a religious
perspective to show that it is permissible. This research also considers the use of
communications technology in the following fields: education, preaching and guidance,
the social sphere, and finally in the field of recreation. Finally, the article concludes with
the most important caveats on the use of public legitimacy of these techniques, and a
detailed explanation of some important applications of modern communication
technology in our modern world.
