یهدف هذا البحث الموسوم ب (أحكام العلاقة الزوجیة في فترة ما بین العقد والزفاف، فقهاً وقانوناً،
رؤیة معاصرة) إلى معالجة مسألة فقهیة ومسلكیة مهمة، وهي انتشار ثقافة التبسط بین العاقدین أثناء فترة
ما قبل الزفاف، بحیث تجاوزت العلاقة بینهما حدود الخطوط الحمراء، وقد بینت الدراسة أن عقد الزواج،
هو ربط بین شخصین مؤهلین لذلك العقد، في حدود المجالسة والمحادثة والمصافحة فقط، وأن المعقود
علیها محجوزة لصالح العاقد بحیث لا یصح للغیر خطبتها ولا العقد علیها.
كما أن الخلوة والمسافرة والدخول السري حرام دیانة، لما قد تؤول إلیه من جحود إزالة العذریة والحمل
المبك ر، وا نٕكار نسب الذریة، مما یفضي إلى الفرقة غالباً قبل الزفاف، مع احتمال التغریر بالزوج الجدید الذي لم
یعلم بحقیقة الحال، وجمیع هذه الاعتبارات عند حصولها، تعتبر مناقضة لقصد الشارع من الزواج وغایاته

بلغت ( ٢٠٣٨ ) من مجموع حالات الطلاق لذلك العام وعددها ( ٢٦٠٤ ) حالة( ١)، ولذا على المهتمین بأمور
الشریعة من الشباب وأولیاء البنات، إیلاء هذه المسألة كل اهتمام وحذر في فترة ما قبل الزفاف، حفاظاً على البناء
السلیم للأسرة السلیمة، وبسلامتها سلامة الأمة جمعاء.
Abstract
The research that was described the (conjugal relations rules in the period between
