الإرهاب بين الدفع والاعتداء من منظور قرآني

Abstract

الملخص

تعالج هذه الدراسة منهج القرآن الكريم في النظر إلى قضية الإرهاب حيث بينت معناه في اللغة والاصطلاح واستعمالات القرآن له، واتضح من خلالها أنه ينقسم إلى قسمين، قسم مستحسن شرعا يقوم على إثارة الخوف والفزع في الخصم لنصرة الضعفاء، وصد المعتدين، ومنعهم من التجرؤ على الدولة، وقد يكون لإزالة العقبات من وجه الدعوة إلى الله، وقسم مستقبح يقوم على الجور والظلم والاعتداء على الآخر وهو ما لا يرتضيه دين الله جل وعلا.

Abstract

This study tackles the approach of the Holy Koran regarding terrorism. The study explicates that denotative terrorism is divided into two forms. The first is optimal. It stands for creating fear and intimidation in the hearts of the opponents for the sake of helping the weak, restraining aggressive people and clearing the way of enemies who stand in the way of Da?wa (calling for the path of Allah). The second meaning is negative. It stands for tyranny, unjustice and aggression. This meaning is not acceptable at all in Islam.
