قراءة في اتفاقية سيداو مفهوم الصحة الانجابية وعلاقتها بتنظيم الاسرة انموذجا دراسة نقدية في ضوء احكام الشريعة الاسلامية

Abstract

تناول هذا البحث موضوعا عصریا مهما، لخطورته المتعلقة بجانب الأسرة بعامة والمرأة بخاصة، والموسوم ب (قراءة في اتفاقیة سیداو: (مفهوم الصحة الإنجابیة وعلاقتها بتنظیم الأسرة أنموذجا) دراسة نقدیة في ضوء أحكام الشریعة الإسلامیة). وانتظم عقد خطة البحث في مقدمة ومبحثین وخاتمة حیث تناول البحث في المبحث الأول: التعریف باتفاقیة سیداو وأهدافها وایجابیاتها وسلبیاتها، وأما المبحث الثاني فجاء متضمنا مفهوم الصحة الإنجابیة وعلاقتها بتنظیم الأسرة وبیان موقف الشریعة الإسلامیة منها، وأما الخاتمة فهي خلاصة لأهم النتائج والتوصیات. وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة الاهتمام بموضوع الدراسة عبر وسائل الإعلام المتنوعة مع التركیز على بیان موقف الشریعة  . ة الإسلامیة من مفهوم الصحة الإنجابی Abstract The current study addressed one of the most important family related modern topics in general and women in particular, that is (Sidaw Convention: the concept of maternal health and its relationship with family maternity: A critical study in light of Islamic judgments. The current study was divided into an introduction, two subjects and a conclusion. In the first subject, the study addressed Sidaw Convention: objectives, positive and negative aspects. As for the second subject, the study addressed the concept of maternal health and its relationship with family maternity, clarifying Islamic Sharia from it. The conclusion contained the most significant findings and recommendations. The researchers recommend more attention to this topic in different media, focusing mainly on Islamic Sharia position from maternal health.
