اصلاح النزلاء في الموسسسات الحكومية من منظور الكتاب والسنة

Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة قضیة السجناء في المؤسسات الإصلاحیة حیث بینت معنى السجن في اللغة والاصطلاح والقرآن، وأقامت الأدلة على مشروعیة هذه العقوبة في القرآن والسنة، كما أرشدت إلى السبل التي ینبغي أن یسلكها من یقومون بإدارة . حة هذه المؤسسات لإصلاح النزلاء فیها من خلال الشریعة الإسلامیة السم Abstract This study is handling the issue of prisoners in Correctional Institutions which it illustrated the meaning of the prisoning in the terms of language, terminology and the "Qur'an", as it has established the evidence on the legitimacy of this punishment and /or penalty in the "Qur'an" and the "sunna". Also, it guided to methods to be taken by those who direct these institutions to reform inmates through the eminent Islamic of Sharia.
