Abstract
This study revealing the determinates legislative governing the behiver of parties on investment the
endowment many in Jordan and Oman.
This study shows that these determinates are behind the form and nature of performance because of its
diversity of the investors. Also this study show the channels that must refer to it as if there is deficit financial.
