یتناول هذا البحث قواعد أصولیة مستمدة من سورة البقرة مع شرحها شرحاً مختصراً، ثم ذكر من قال بها من العلماء،
والاقتصار على ذكر دلیلهم من سورة البقرة فقط، ووجه الاستدلال من الآیة، ثم قمت بعمل تطبیق فقهي واحد على كل قاعدة.
وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على ذكر خمس قواعد متعلقة بالحكم الشرعي، وست قواعد متعلقة بالأدلة الشرعیة، وأربع قواعد
متعلقة بدلالات الألفاظ، وثلاث قواعد متعلقة بالنسخ، وقاعدتین متعلقتین بالاجتهاد والتقلید، فیكون مجموع هذه القواعد

Abstract
This paper addresses fundamentals ascertained from Surat Al-Baqarah along with abrief explanation
for the Same. In addition to the comments of scholars to the Surat and restricting the eridences to it as
well as the inference of the Ayat (verses). Furthermore, I have applied one jurisprudence case to each rule.
This paper stated five rules relating to sharia ruling six rules relating to sharia evidences, four rules
relating to semantics, three rules relating to abrogation, and two rules relating to independent judgment
and imitating. In total, these rules amount to twenty.
