التهادي والتهاني مع غير المسلمين "دراسة فقهية مقارنة "

Abstract

  المسلم إنسان صاحب دعوة ورسالة، متحر كّ فعّال لنشرها وتطبیقها بین الناس، ومن ذلك یأتي تفاعله مع الذین حوله من الناس غیر المسلمین ومشاركته لهمف ي مناسباتهم الاجتماعیة من خلال التهادي والتهاني التي یُح كْم بِحل مشاركته لهم . اه فیها بما لا یتضمن حرمة تصیب دینه أو ضرراً یصیب دنی Abstract Muslem is a person who is tasked with a Call to the Truth (Da،wa) and a mission (Risallah) he is to propagate and practice among people actively and efficiently. This implies that he interacts with Non- Muslems around him and shares in their social occasions through the exchange of gifts, Congratulations Such sharing is permissible unto the Muslem provided that it involves no violation to his religion or damage to his worldly life.
