درجة توفُّر حقوق الإنسان في الجامعات الأردنية ، من وجهة نظر الطلبة

Abstract

المُلخَّص هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن درجة توفر حقوق الإنسان في الجامعات الأردنية، من وجهة نظر الطلبة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان مستخلص من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، بما يتوافق وطبيعة الحياة الجامعية. وتكون الاستبيان من (26) فقرة، وبعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته، تم توزيعه على(364) طالبا وطالبة يدرسون في ثلاث جامعات أردنية، وبعد إجراء العمليات الإحصائية المناسبة تبين أن حقوق الإنسان تتوفر للطلبة في الجامعات الأردنية بدرجة متوسطة، بنسبة بلغت (63.5%)، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، والتخصص (علمي، إنساني) والسنة الدراسية، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات ، في ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها.

Abstract

This study aims at detecting the degree of availability of human rights in Jordanian universities from the perspective of Jordanian Graduate students. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire is derived from The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) but modified in accordance to the nature of the Jordaninan universities. The questionnaire consists of 26 paragraph. After achieving validity and calculating reliability, the questionnaire is distributed to (364) students of both genders who study in three Jordanian Universities. Appropriate Statistics are used accordingly. The results show that the students have an average level of satisfaction when it comes to human rights at a rate of (63.5%). The study concluds that there are not statistically significant differences due to gender, specialization (scientific, humanistic), and the year of study . The study provided a set of recommendations in light of findings.
