الصّلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا عن الحياة والاكتئاب لدى المسنين والمسنات المقيمين في دور الرعاية في الأردن

Abstract

المُلخَّص هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالرضا عن الحياة والاكتئاب لدى المسنين والمسنات المقيمين في دور الرعاية في الأردن لدى عينة من (140) من المسنين والمسنات ، منهم 67 من المسنين، و73 من المسنات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان مقياس الصلابة النفسية، ومقياس الرضا عن الحياة، ومقياس الاكتئاب لدى المسنين بعد التأكد من صدق تلك المقاييس وثباتها . وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، و معاملات ارتباط بيرسون ، واستخدام الإحصائي (ت). وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الصلابة النفسية ومستوى الرضا عن الحياة لدى المسنين والمسنات منخفض، وأن مستوى الاكتئاب لدى المسنين والمسنات مرتفع ، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين مستوى الصلابة النفسية والرضا عن الحياة ، ووجود فروق دالّة إحصائيّاً بين المسنين والمسنات ، وذلك لصالح المسنين على مقياس الصلابة النفسية.

Abstract

This study identifies the relationship of psychological hardness to life satisfaction and depression focusing on the elderly and elderly residents in care homes in Jordan among a sample of 140 of the Elderly (67 of whom are elderly and 73 of the older women). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers use measure of hardness psychological, and the measure of life satisfaction, and a measure of depression in the elderly after the confirmation of the validity and reliability of these measurements. The study uses averages and standard deviations, and correlation coefficients Pearson, and the use of statistical (t). The results show that the level of hardness and psychological level of satisfaction with life among older men and women is low, and that the level of depression in older men and women is high, the existence of a positive relationship between the level of hardness and psychological life satisfaction, and the presence of statistically significant differences between older men and women and for the benefit of the elderly on a scale of psychological hardness.
