أنموذج مقترح لتقييم الكفاءة التربوية للمدرسة في وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان

Abstract

المُلخَّص هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء أنموذج لتقييم الكفاءة التربوية للمدرسة في وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان، والتحقق من صدقه وقابلية تطبيقه. حيث تضمن الأنموذج في صورته النهائية (70) معياراً تستوفي معايير الصدق والثبات، وتغطي (8) أبعاد رئيسة. تم تطبيق الأنموذج على (120) مشرفاً إدارياً في وزارة التربية والتعليم، للعام الدراسي 2013/2014، حيث بلغ معامل الثبات(0.93). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج يوصي الباحث بالإفادة من هذا الأنموذج لتقييم الكفاءة التربوية للمدرسة، من منطلق أنه لم يبنَ أنموذج تقييم للكفاءة التربوية للمدرسة في وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان حتى الآن.

Abstract

This study aims at developing a suggested model to evaluate the efficiency of the public schools of the Ministry of Education in Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire with 70 items is distributed to (120) For the academic year 2013/2014 . Averages، standard deviations, and the correlation coefficient are used to analyze the data of the study and the reliability coefficient of tool is (0.92). Based on the findings of this research, it is recommended to adopt this model to evaluate the efficiency of public schools of the Ministry of Education in Oman as there is no model to evaluate the efficiency of the public schools in this country.
