مقومات "التفاعل المجتمعي المتزن" لشخصية المتعلم من منظور تربوي إسلامي

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس الآتي : ما مقومات "التفاعل المجتمعي المتزن" لشخصية المتعلم من منظور تربوي إسلامي؟ واعتمد الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بوصف فكرة البحث ومعالجتها بطريقة علمية تحليلية تضمن الإجابة عن الأسئلة وتحقيق الأهداف. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن العلاقاتِ الإنسانية الإيجابية تسود بين جميع مكونات المؤسسة التعليمية حينما تجعل تلك المؤسسة من بيئتها حاضنة تربوية سليمة ، مؤسّسة على المنهج التربوي الإسلامي الوسطي. وأن من أهم مهارات وقيم التواصل الاجتماعي التي يلزم تفعيلها في حياة المتعلم: العمل بنظام المؤسسة التعليمية، والنظافة والالتزام بالمظهر الإسلامي، واستثمار الوقت، والعمل التطوعي، والمشاركة في المحاضرات، وإلقاء تحية الإسلام، واستعمال الكلمة الطيبة، والحوار، وتبادل الهدايا، والتزاور، والبحث والقراءة الجماعية. Abstract The Elements of a Balanced Societal Interaction for the Learner’s Personality From an Islamic Educational Perspective The study sought to answer the following question: "What are the elements of balanced societal interaction for the learner's personality from an Islamic educational perspective? This study is divided into the following five sections: in the first section, the study addresses the educational approach used with learners. In the second one, the study addresses the social dimension in the educational approach. In the third one, the study addresses the psychological aspect of the learner's personality. In the fourth section, the study addresses the learner's social communication, and in the fifth, the study addresses the creation of a balanced educational environment. The study concludes that positive human relations prevail within the different elements of the educational organization when this organization turns its environment into a positive educational setting founded on the mediated Islamic approach in education. The most important social skills and values to be activated in the learner's life include: work according to the system of the educational organization, tidiness, conformity with Islamic appearance, time management, using good vocabulary, dialogue, exchanging gifts, research and group reading.
