هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على العلاقات التركية الإسرائيلية، تلك العلاقات التي شكلت بيئة ملائمة لتحقيق تطور أكبر في مجالات سياسية واقتصادية وأمنية وعسكرية، والتي لها أهميتها الإقليمية والدولية وأثارها المحتملة على الأمن القومي العربي وخاصة القضية الفلسطينية. فضلاُ عن التأثيرات الآنية والمستقبلية السلبية لهذا التحالف على توازن القوى في المنطقة المختل أساساً لصالح قوى غير عربية. وأجابت الدراسة عن سؤال الدراسة الرئيس :
ما هي العوامل الداخلية والخارجية التي تحكمت في مسيرة العلاقات التركية الإسرائيلية ؟ وما هي انعكاساتها على الدول العربية ، خاصة القضية الفلسطينية ؟
واستخدمت الدراسة منهج تحليل النظم في العلاقات الدولية في ظل المرحلة الانتقالية التي تمر بها العلاقات التركية الإسرائيلية ،من أجل عرض خصائصها وأبعادها من خلال دارسة نظرية تحليلية.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى التوصيات الآتية:
- الاستفادة من الدور التركي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ، وكسب هذه القوة في صالح القضايا العربية وعلى رأسها القضية الفلسطينية.
- العمل على تقوية العلاقات التركية- العربية لكسبها حليفا استراتيجيا في المنطقة
كما توصلت الدراسة إلى الاستناجات الآتية:
- محاولة تركيا المحافظة على علاقتها مع الدول العربية والمحافظة على مصالحها مع إسرائيل من جهة أخرى.
- أن تعاظم الدور التركي في المنطقة قد يتعارض مع مصالح أطراف إقليمية ، الأمر الذي يجعل تركيا تنهج سياسة قابلة للشد والجذب بما يتوائم مع مصالحها.
"Turkish-Israeli Relationships and its Impact on the Neighboring Arabic States"
Abstract
This study sheds light on the Turkish-Israeli relations, which form a favorable environment to push these relations toward greater development in the areas of political, economic, security and military, which have a regional and international importance and their potential impact on Arab national security, especially the Palestinian Case, as well as the current and future negative effects of this alliance on the balance of power in the region.
The study is an attempt to answer the main question: what are the internal and external factors that control the process of Turkish-Israeli relations and what are the implications for the Arab countries, especially the Palestinian Case? The study uses the analysis approach in international relations under the transitional phase experienced by the Turkish-Israeli relations, in order to view its properties and dimensions through the study of the analytical theory.
This study concludes with the following recommendations:
1. Take advantage of the Turkish role in the Middle East in favor of Arab issues, particularly the Palestinian issue.
2. Work to strengthen the Turkish-Arab relations as a strategic ally in the region.
The study emphasizes two important conclusions:
1. Turkey tries to keep its relationship with the Arab states and the preservation of its interests with Israel at the same time
2. The growing of the Turkish role in the region may be in conflict with the interests of some regional parties making Turkey pursues a policy of "push and pull," to serve the Turkish interests.
