درجة توظيف الكفايات الحاسوبية المكتسبة من مساق برامج الأطفال المحوسبة في التدريس من قبل معلمات التدريب الميداني ومعوقات توظيفها

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توظيف الكفايات الحاسوبية المكتسبة من مساق برامج الأطفال المحوسبة في التدريس من قبل معلمات التدريب الميداني ومعوقات توظيفها.وقد تكونت الدراسة من 56 طالبة يتدربن في الميدان خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الجامعي 2011/2012.ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانتين الاولى تتعلق بدرجة توظيف الكفايات الحاسوبية في التدريس والثانية معوقات التوظيف. أظهرت النتائج أن توظيف الكفايات الحاسوبية في التدريس من قبل معلمات التدريب الميداني جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن أبرز معوقات التوظيف هو عدم الرغبة في استخدام الحاسوب وقلة عدد مختبرات الحاسوب في المدرسة.وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة الاهتمام بالبنية التحتية لاستخدام الحاسوب في التدريس ،والاهتمام باعداد المعلمات لاستخدام الحاسوب في التدريس قبل الخدمة من خلال طرح عدة مساقات في مجال الحاسوب التعليمي والتعلم الإلكتروني. Abstract The study aimed to find out the degree of practicing acquired Competencies from computer child program course in teaching by pre-service female teachers and the barriers facing its practice. The study sample consisted of (56) female students under training in the field during the second semester of the academic year 2011/2012. To achieve the purposes of the study the researchers developed two questionnaires the first related to the degree of practicing computer competencies in teaching and the second is about the barriers facing its practice. The results showed that the degree of practicing computer competencies by pre-service female teachers in teaching was moderate. results also showed that the most prominent barriers facing practice computer competencies is the negatius wanting to use the computer and the small number of computer labs in the school. The researchers recommended the need to address the infrastructure for the use of computers in teaching, and focusing on the interest in the preparation pre-service female teachers for the use of computers in teaching by offering several courses in the field of computer
