تحديات التعلّم الإلكتروني التي تواجه أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة

Abstract

ملخص هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى الكشف عن تحديات التعلم الإلكتروني التي تواجه أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة من وجهة نظرهم، والدورات التي حضروها في مجال التعلم الإلكتروني، وبلغ أفراد العينة 113 عضو هيئة تدريس. وقد أظهرت النتائج الترتيب التنازلي الآتي للتحديات: البحث العلمي، تحديات تقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني، تحديات مالية وإدارية، تحديات مهنية، وتقويم، وإدارة، وتخطيط، وتصميم التعلم الإلكتروني. وكشفت النتائج أن 73% شاركوا في دورات ICDL، و14.2 شاركوا في دورات WORLDLINK. وتبين عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في التحديات تعزى للجنس، والرتبة الأكاديمية، والخبرة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق تعزى لنوع الكلية ولصالح الكليات الإنسانية، وعن فروق تعزى للجامعة، ولصالح جامعة جدارا.

Abstract This study aimed at identifying e- learning challenges as perceived by faculty members at the private universities in Jordan and the courses they attended in electronic learning, and identifying any differences attributed to gender, academic rank, experience, college and university. A random sample consisted of 113 faculty members. Paricipated in the study The results indicated that challenges rank ordered from hightest to lowest as following: scientific research, using technology, financial and administrative, job, evaluation, management, planning and designing challenges. Results also indicated that most of 73.5% faculty members attended ICDL course, and 14.2% of them attended WORLDLINK course. No significant differences were indicated attributed to gender, academic rank and experience, but there are significant differences attributed to the type of the college in favor of the humanities colleges and to the university in favour of Jadara university
