الملخص

تناول بحث ضوابط التجارة الإلكترونية في العملات الدولية، قضية الشروط والضوابط التي وضعها الفقهاء لضبط عقد الصرف في الفقه الإسلامي، ومحاولة تنزيل هذه الضوابط وتطبيقها على ما يحصل الآن من عمليات في التجارة الإلكترونية في العملات الدولية، من أجل بيان مدى شرعية كل عملية من هذه العمليات، ومدى توافقها مع الضوابط التي وضعها الفقهاء رحمهم الله تعالى، مع بيان الخلاف الذي وقع بينهم في بعض جزئيات هذه الضوابط والشروط.

Abstract

This work controls addressing electronic commerce in international currencies, the issue of conditions and controls established by scholars to control the exchange contract in Islamic jurisprudence, and trying to download these controls and applied to what is happening now in the processes of electronic commerce in international currencies, to reflect the legitimacy of each of these processes, And their compatibility with the controls set by the scholars have understood God, with a dispute that occurred, including in some of these molecules controls and conditions.
