الملخص

هذه دراسة للمسؤولية الجنائية في قانون الأحداث الأردني في ضوء الفقه الإسلامي، حيث تضمنت الدراسة مفهوم الحدث في الشريعة والقانون، ومدى اهتمام الإسلام بالطفولة من حيث التكليف واعتبار الأقوال والأفعال الصادرة عن الطفل، ومسؤولية الحدث الجنائية في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون، وهي عمدة البحث، وقد خلُصَت الدراسة إلى إظهار التوافق بين قانون الأحداث الأردني والفقه الإسلامي مع بعض المقترحات التي تضمنت استيعاب القانون للقضايا المستحدثة الناشئة عن تصرفات الأحداث.

Abstract

This is a study of criminal responsibility in the Law Act of Jordan in the light of Islamic jurisprudence, where the study included the concept of the under age in Sharia and Law, and the care of Islam towards children in terms of consider the words and deeds of the child, and the responsibility of the under age criminal law and Islamic law, the pillar of the research, has concluded study to show the compatibility between the Law Act and the Jordanian Islamic jurisprudence, with some of the proposals, which accommodate the law to the issues arising from the actions of innovative events. .
