العملية، وقد اتجهت عملية الإقراض في الأردن نحو التمويل الإسلامي نظراً للحاجة الماسة لمثل هذا التمويل في المجتمع
الزراعي الأردني، وقد اكتفت الدراسة بصيغة واحدة من صيغ التمويل الإسلامي وأظهرت هذه الدراسة نجاح هذا التعامل
مما يشجع على الاستمرار في هذا النهج لتطبيق صيغ أخرى للتمويل الزراعي الإسلامي وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من هذه الصيغ كحلول مقترحة قابلة للتطبيق ، ومنها السلم العادي والموازي، والاستصناع العادي على مختلف والموازي والمضاربة والمزارعة والمساقاة والمغارسة.
Abstract
Agricultural loan is a necessary process that serves a vast sector of farmers looking for financing
resources to activate their practical experience. The loan process in Jordan tends to Islamic financing, for the urgent need for such financing in the Jordanian agricultural society, which sufficed with one form of Islamic financing. This study showed the success of this method on all fields, which encourages the continuity of this method to apply other forms of islamic agricultural financing.
This study provided a group of these forms, as an applicable suggested solutions, such as the normal
and parallel salam, the normal and parallel istesna', mudarabah, musaqah, and mugharasah.
