يتحدث هذا البحث عن أمر يهم الرجل والمرأة، لأنه يتعلق بهما ، وكيف يجب عليهما أن يتصرفا إذا ما مرا بهذه المسائل والأحداث، والشريعة الغراء ليست جامدة ليس لها علاقة بالأحداث الزمانية والمكانية، فموضوع الأحوال الشخصية للمرأة الحامل مليء بالأحكام الشرعية، التي إذا ما أغفل بعضها وقع المسلم والمسلمة في الحرام من حيث لا يشعرون، ومن هنا انطلقت فكرة هذا البحث، فهو يتحدث عن المرأة الحامل من الزنا وهل يجوز الزواج بها، ويتحدث عن نفقة المرأة الحامل، وملاعنتها، ويبين عدة المرأة الحامل بجميع أصنافها، ومن ثم ذكرت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها والله المستعان
Abstract
This study discussed an issue that concerns man and woman, as it is related to both of them, and how they should react if they face such issues and events. The Sharia Is not inflexible without relationship with time and place events. The issue of civil status for the pregnant woman is full with Sharia rules, which, if some are ignored, the Moslem falls into the forbidden without knowing. The idea of this study emerged here, as it discusses the pregnant woman from adultery, and whether it is allowed to marry her. It also discussed alimony, cursing, and the waiting period in all cases, then the results.
