ملخص
يتناول البحْث التَّنْمية فِي ضوء مقاصد الشريعة بكونها عمليَّة حضارِيَّة شاملة، ترْمي إِلى تحْقيق التَّطْوير المسْتمرِّ لِلْإنْسان ولأنْظمة حياته فِي صُورة مُتكاملة، ولما كانتْ التَّنْمية تأْخذ هذَا البعْد فقد أُولى الإسْلام المرْأة اِهْتمامًا كبيرًا ونظر إِليْهَا نظْرة تكْريم واعْتزاز؛ فهي شريكة الرَّجل فِي تحمُّل مسْؤوليَّات الحيَاة، وقد كلَّفهَا اللَّه مع الرَّجل فِي النُّهوض بِمهمَّة العمارة فِي الأرْض، ويسْهم البحْث فِي تأْصيل الدَّوْر التَّنْمويِّ النِّسائيِّ مِن خِلال الوقْف الخيْريِّ لِعموم نفْعه ودوام أجْره فِي ضوْء أحْكام الشَّرْع ومقاصده، ويروم هذَا البحْث على إِظْهار تفوُّق المرْأة تاريخيًّا فِي الدَّوْر الوقْفيِّ بعيدًا عن أيِّ إِقْصاء أو تهْميش لِدوْرِهَا التَّنْمويِّ؛ فانْتَظم البحْث بِخمْسة مباحث وخاتِمة خلصتْ إِلى إِثْبات مشْروعيَّة العمل الوقْفيِّ لِلْمرْأة بِالْأدلَّة الشَّرْعيَّة والْأصول العامَّة، وتجْلِية أهمِّيَّة العمل الوقْفيِّ مِن خِلال الأدْوار الَّتي تلْعبهَا؛ حيْث تتصدَّى المرْأة لعوائق مُخْتلِفة فِي مُهمَّتِهَا الوقْفيَّة؛ وتقْدِيم الحلول لِتخطِّي هذه العوائق، وبذلك تتميَّز التَّجْربة النِّسائيَّة فِي العمل الوقْفيِّ بِالشُّموليَّة والتَّنوُّع، والتَّطوُّر الدَّائم فِي تشْكيل شراكة حقيقة ومؤثِّرة بِالْمجْتمع عبر التاريخ، والتَّوْصية بِالنُّهوض فِي الدَّوْر التَّنْمويِّ لِلْمرْأة فِي عصْرنَا بعْد تراجعه وتأخُّر منافِعه وإحْيَاء سنة الوقْف.

Reading of Maqasid in the developmental role of Muslim women between reality and expectations: charitable Waqef as a model
Abstract
This research deals the Development in the Islamic concept is a comprehensive civilized process that aims to achieve the continuous development of the human being and the life systems in an integrated manner, since development takes this dimension, Islam has given women great attention and viewed them with a view of honor and pride. The woman is the man’s partner in bearing the responsibilities of life, and God has entrusted her with the man to advance the task of building on the land.
This research contributes to sheds light on the role of women in charitable Waqef, which - based on the rules and provisions. The research also demonstrates the significantrole of women –throughout history- in the Waqef, far from any exclusion or marginalization of their developmental role. The proof of the legitimacy of the Waqef work for women
with evidence and general principles. Further, it highlights the importance of women’s Waqef work through the roles they play. As women confront various challenges in their Waqef mission, and provides the solutions available to overcome these challenges, Hence, the women's experience in Waqef work is characterized by comprehensiveness and diversity, and by permanent development in the formation of a real and effective partnership in society.
