الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التأكيد على قاعدة متينة من قواعد النقد الحديثي، هذه القاعدة مفادها أنه لا يصلح التعميم في قواعد النقد الحديثي بالنسبة لناقد معين، إنما ينبغي الوقوف على عبارة نقدية معينة عند أحد النقاد ودراستها دراسة وافية للوقوف على مراده من تلك العبارة. من هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة للوقوف على عبارة ابن حبان في الراوي "استحق الترك" في كتابه المجروحين، كيف استخدمها؟ ومتى؟ وهل كان متعنتا في استخدامها كما يوصف من قبل النقاد؟ وذلك من خلال دراسة كل من قال فيه ابن حبان استحق الترك ?وقد بلغوا اثنين وخمسين راويا- ومقارنة قول ابن . حبان بغيره من النقاد، لنخلص بعد ذلك إلى نتيجة علمية دقي
Abstract
This paper firms one rule of the Hadith criticism rules. This rule says in dealing with one of the Hadith critics or scholars it is wrong then to generalize his criticism. It is important however to study his rule of criticism fully in order to recognize his aim of it. Therefore this study came to study thoroughly one of the rules of Ibn Hibban in his phrase ?he is worthy of being left? as used in his book al-Majruhe en. When did he use it? in what sense he used it? Was he extremely strict in using this phrase as he is described by some of his critics? This come through studying all fifty tow narrators whom Ibn Hibban criticized using the phrase ?he is worthy of being left? comparing his opinion with the opinion of other critics aiming to reach accurate conclusions in this regard
