دور الإشاعة في استقرار النّظم السّياسية: الأردن دراسة حالة (2011-2021)

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of rumor in the stability of political regimes. The Jordanian political regime was investigated as a case study between (2011-2021). The study was based upon the following main hypothesis: (there is a correlation between rumor and the stability of political regimes). The study was also based on a problem stated in the following central question: (What is the role of rumor in establishing stability or instability in political regimes?). To verify the validity of the hypothesis and answer its central question, the analytical method was used. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are that the rumor has an important role in the political regimes, as it causes stability, tension and imbalance in the regime movement. The results indicated that neglecting response to a rumor could prompt its validity and help achieve its objectives. The study underlined the importance of strengthening the media system with capabilities that can respond to rumors in the correct manner, addressing reality and stressing the need to build trust between the bottom of the political pyramid and its top, which in turn forms an impenetrable wall to confront rumors. تسعى هذه الدّراسة إلى معرفة دور الإشاعة في استقرار النّظم السّياسية، بالاستناد إلى النّظام السّياسي الأردني كدراسة حالة للفترة الزمنية ما بين (2011-2021)، وقد قامت الدراسة على فرضيّة مفادها: (أنّ هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين الإشاعة واستقرار النظم السياسية)، وقامت على إشكالية تمحورت في السّؤال الرّئيس الآتي:(ما دور الإشاعة في بعث الاستقرار أو عدمه في النظم السياسية)، وللتّحقّق من صحّة الفرضيّة والإجابة عن سؤالها الرّئيس، فقد استخدمت الدّراسة المنهج التّحليلي. وتوصلت الدّراسة إلى مجموعة استنتاجات، أهمها: إنّ للإشاعة دورٌ مهم بالنّسبة للنّظم السياسية، فهي باعثة على الاستقرار والتّوتر وإحداث الخلل في مسيرة النّظام، وعدم الرّد على الإشاعة يعني تسليم النّظام بصحّتها وصدق أهدافها، واستوجبت الاستنتاجات جملة من التّوصيات، أهمها: تعزيز المنظومة الإعلاميّة بالقدرات التي تلقف الإشاعة وتردّ عليها، مصوّبة الواقع، وبناء الثّقة بين قاعدة الهرم السياسي ورأسه، ما يشكّل بدوره سورًا منيعًا في عدم الالتفات إلى الإشاعات.
