درجة توافر مهارات إدارة الأزمات في ظل جائحة كورونا لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توافر مهارات إدارة الأزمات في ظل جائحة كورونا لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق الفردية في استجابات عينة الدراسة والتي تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة)، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (7990) معلماً ومعلمة ملتحقين في (495) مدرسة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (120) من المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة المفرق، وتم إعداد استبانة لذلك بحيث تكونت من (28) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات وهي: التفكير الإبداعي، التخطيط، الاتصال، التفاوض وحل المشكلات، وتم التحقق من صدق الاستبانة من خلال الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء، كما تم التحقق من ثبات الاستبانة من خلال استخراج معاملات الثبات كرونبخ ألفا وقد جاءت جميعها أعلى من علامة القطع (0.70) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج ومن أهمها: أن درجة توافر مهارات إدارة الأزمات في ظل جائحة كورونا لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال التخطيط وفقاً لمتغير الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال التفاوض وحل المشكلات وفقاً للمؤهل العلمي وجاءت الفروق لصالح حملة الدراسات العليا، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخدمة. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بضرورة إقامة دورات وورش تدريبية لمديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق لكيفية مواجهة الأزمات وإدارتها، وتدريب مديري المدارس على مهارات إدارة الأزمات وتطبيقاتها في المدارس. The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of crisis management skills in light of the Corona pandemic among school principals in Mafraq Governorate from the teachers’ point of view, and to reveal individual differences in the responses of the study sample, which are attributed to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of service). The descriptive analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of (7990) male and female teachers who enrolled in (495) schools. The study sample reached (120) teachers in government schools in Mafraq Governorate. A questionnaire was prepared and it consisted of (28) items distributed on four fields: Creative thinking, planning, communication, negotiation and problem solving. The validity of the resolution was verified through the face validity and construction validity, and the reliability of the questionnaire was verified by extracting the reliability coefficients of Cronbach's alpha, all of which were higher than the cut-off mark (0.70). The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the degree of availability of crisis management skills in light of the Corona pandemic among school principals in Mafraq Governorate from the teachers’ point of view came to a medium degree, and there are statistically significant differences in the field of planning according to the gender variable, and the differences came in favor of females, and there are statistically significant differences in the field of negotiation and problem solving according to the academic qualification, and the differences came in favor of the graduate degree holders. The study also concluded that there are no statistically significant differences due to the service variable. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of holding training courses and workshops for school principals in Mafraq Governorate on how to confront and manage crises, and train school principals on crisis management skills and their applications in schools.
