Abstract
This research project targets the subject, understanding and concepts off(the non-existent debts)in the Islamic feqeh. The non-existent debts search in the following respects: definition of a bad debt and the idiosyncratic adaptation of these debets, and the reasons for the execution of the debt. Then it deals as well with the treatment of this type of debt, and practical preventive treatment of this debt, then conclusion margins
