Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى إدارة التغيير ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي والعلاقة الارتباطية بينهما لدى عمادات كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (103) عضو هيئة تدريس تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، استخدم الباحث استبيان مكون من (60) فقرة، أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى مرتفع لكل من متغير إدارة التغيير ومتغير الأداء الوظيفي لدى عمادات كليات التربية الرياضية، وأوصى الباحث بتأكيد استمرار عمل عمادات كليات التربية الرياضية بأسلوب إدارة التغيير لما له من أثر إيجابي على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي.

Abstract This study aimed at identifying the level of change management and the level of functional performance as well as the correlation relationship between them among the Deanships of Sports Colleges in the Jordanian universities from the perspective of the faculty members. The researcher used the descriptive survey approach. The sample of the study consisted of (103) faculty members who were chosen using the random stratified way. The researcher used the questionnaire that consisted of (60) items. The results showed that there is a high level for both variables: change management and functional performance among the deanships of the faculties of physical education, as well as a positive correlation relationship between the level change management and the level of functional performance. The researcher recommended confirming that the deanships of the faculties of physical education should continue using the method of change management due to its positive impact on the level of functional performance.
