Criteria for the payment of conflicts between crowded interests according to Abstract This study aims to uncover ways of defending the competition between Sharia rulings, based on the foundations and criteria presented by Imam al-Ezz bin Abd al-Salam in his payment of the competition between rulings if they are in the hands of the appointed commissioner in the facts so that he cannot bring them all at once, making each of them In his rank, by linking the rulings to what they mean in terms of interests and evils, without providing for the most likely probable, or for the most important. To achieve the goal of the study, the two researchers followed the inductive, analytical and deductive approach, and the study reached conclusions, the most important of which are: The presentation and weighting between crowded groups is linked to the balance between interests and evils, for the presentation of the greatest interests, and the payment of the most severe evils and the crowded issues, in its entirety, is seen from the standpoint of the interest that the Sharia came to preserve.
