النظرية السيكولوجية في التنمية الاقتصادية من منظور اقتصادي إسلامي

Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالنظريات السيكولوجية الاقتصادية، والتي تضمنت نظرية ماكليلاند دافع الحاجة إلى الإنجاز، ونظرية الشخصية المحددة لهيجين في التغير الاجتماعي، وبدور العوامل النفسية والسلوكية للأفراد، في تحقيق الدافع للإنجاز، والتي تؤدي بدورها إلى ظهور شخصيات قيادية تجديدية ابتكارية، مهمتها تحقيق التغيير والتجديد في المجتمع نحو التقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي في الدراسة، ومن ثم التقدير الشرعي لهذه النظريات من جانب الاقتصاد الإسلامي ودورها في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية. ومن نتائج الدراسة: وجود علاقة ترابطية بين العوامل السيكولوجية ودوافع الحاجة للإنجاز، والتي بدورها تسهم إلى تحقيق التنمية الشاملة داخل المجتمع، كما كان هنالك دور للاقتصاد الإسلامي في تفسير العوامل النفسية وتهيئتها، من خلال تنشئة الأطفال وتربيتهم، وتعريفهم بدورهم في المجتمع، وبتوجيه سلوكياتهم إنتاجاً وتوزيعاً واستهلاكاً، وبما يحقق النفع للأفراد والمجتمع. الكلمات الدالة: الحاجة إلى الإنجاز، التغيير الاجتماعي، التنمية الاقتصادية، اقتصاد إسلامي. The psychological theory of economic development from the perspective of Islamic economy Abstract The Research aims to introduce the economic psychological theories, which included two theory of "McClelland" the need for achievement, "Hagen's" specific personality theory in social change, and the role of psychological and behavioral factors of individuals in achieving the motivation for achievement, which in turn lead to the emergence of innovative leadership figures, whose mission is to achieve change and renewal in society towards economic and social progress, and the researcher used the analytical inductive approach in the study, and thus the legitimate appreciation of these theories by the Islamic economy and its role in the process of economic development. One of the results of the study: a correlation between psychological factors and the motivations for the need for achievement, which in turn contributes to the achievement of comprehensive development within society, and there was a role for the Islamic economy in explaining and preparing psychological.
