هيئة اليدين في الصلاة أثناء التشهد "دراسـة مقارنـة وشاملـة لفقـه المذاهـب الثمانيـة"

Abstract

ملخص تسعى الدراسة هادفة إلى توضيح هيئة وضع اليدين أثناء جلوس التشهد، وهذا موضوع هام وأساسي؛ لأهمية العبادة التي يندرج ضمنها، فالصلاة من أهم شعائر الدين، وأجل أعماله، فينبغي إقامتها كما أقامها النبي المصطفى؛ لان الأساس في العبادات الوقوف والاتباع. وللوصول للهدف المنشود والمبتغى المأمول، طرق الباحث سبيل المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي؛ لبيان وتوضيح مسائل الدراسة وما يتعلق بها من صور وهيئات؛ تبين صفة العابد وأفعاله تلك الحالة، ودراسة وتحليل ما يتعلق بها من هيئات الصلاة؛ ككيفية وضع اليدين في التشهد، أو وضع جزء منهما؛ كوضع الإشارة بالإصبع من اليد اليمنى مما يلي الإبهام، وكيف تكون الإشارة، وما مقدارها.. وخلصت دراستي هذه إلى أهمية تلك الهيئة أثناء الجلوس للتشهد، وما يتبع ذلك من رجحان ضم اليد اليمنى، والإشارة بالسبابة دون تحريك لها؛ اتباعا للدليل المعتبر الذي تقوم به الحجة، لتكون العبادة مطابقة لما كان عليه النبي الهادي صاحب التشريع، لأن هذا مبتغى كل مسلم، ومطلب كل قاصد، وفوق كل ذلك هو أصل في التدبر والاستدلال، وأساس عملي لتقريب وجهات النظر وتقبل الخلاف، وإعذار للمخالف وفق أحكام الشريعة. الكلمات الدالة: التشهد، بسط اليد، الإشارة بالسبابة، التحريك. The Act Of Hands During Prayers For Tashahhud Abstract The study aims to clarify the way that hands are placed during sitting the Tashahhud. This is considered one of the fundamental topics due to the importance of prayers itself. Prayer is one of the most important rituals of Islamic religion, and one of greatest action Muslims can do. It should be practiced as exactly done by Prophet Muhammed, since the base of worship in Islam is to follow. The researcher followed the inductive approach to clarify this study with its related images and poses that the worshipers have; such as how to put the hands in Tashahhud, the position of right hand pointing. As the goal of each Muslim to practice Islam in the right war, my study cares about the importance of searching to reach to the significant evidence, in order for the prayer to be identical to what Prophet Muhammed did based on Islamic legislation. In addition, this research can serve as a practical way to close the different perspectives, and accept the other opinions within Islamic legislation.
