الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تجلية أهم الآثار التي تركها التلمود في الواقع السياسي والاجتماعي والقانوني والاقتصادي، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن اثر التلمود لا يقتصر على الاتجاهات الدينية في إسرائيل، وإنما يتعدى ذلك إلى البنية الفكرية والأيدلوجية للمجتمع الإسرائيلي، كما أوضح البحث العلاقة الجدلية التوظيفية للنصوص والمعتقدات اليهودية في المشروع الصهيوني المتمثل بدولة إسرائيل.
Abstract
This study seeks to clarify the most important effects of the Talmud on the political, social, legal and social situation [in modern Israeli society]. The study concludes that the influence of the Talmud is not limited to religious attitudes in Israel, but rather, goes beyond this to include the intellectual and ideological structure of Israeli society. The study also highlights the dialectical, functional relationship between Jewish texts and beliefs in the Zionist enterprise as represented by the Israeli state
