الاستثمار في التراث الثقافي: مدينــة سامـراء حالـة دراسيـة

Abstract

ملخص أخذت الثقافة والسياحة التراثية تكتسب أهمية كبيرة ليس من أجل مكاسبها الاقتصادية فحسب، ولكن بسبب تأثيرها في التنمية المستدامة، كما تؤدي زيارة المعالم الأثرية لاكتشاف طرق فريدة للحياة. وتشمل السياحة الثقافية، السياحة في المناطق الحضرية، ولاسيما المدن التاريخية والدينية. تكمن مشكلة البحث في عدم استثمار بعض المدن المهمة والزاخرة لتراثها الثقافي بالطرق الفعالة والتي تؤدي الى تنمية السياحة الثقافية في البلد، ويهدف البحث الى تبيان أهمية استثمار التراث الثقافي في التنمية السياحية، ومن ثمَّ أهميته في تنمية مدينة سامراء كحالة دراسية. ويتنبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك باستعراض أهم تأثيرات الاستثمار في التراث الثقافي على التنمية السياحية والاقتصادية في المدن، ودراسية وصفية تحليلية للتراث الثقافي في سامراء. الكلمات الدالة: التراث الثقافي، السياحة، الهوية الوطنية، مدينة سامراء.

Abstract Cultural and touristic heritage are gaining special importance not only for their economic gains but also because of higher sustainability. Visiting monuments leads to discover unique ways of life. Cultural tourism includes urban tourism, especially historical and religious cities. The research problem is the lack of investment of some important and rich cities of cultural heritage in effective ways that lead to the cultural tourism development in the country. The research aims at showing the importance of cultural heritage investment in tourism development and hence its importance in developing the city of Samarra as a case study. The research follows the analytical descriptive method by reviewing the most important effects of investment in cultural heritage on tourism, also a descriptive and analytical study of cultural heritage in Samarra.
