درجة ممارسة معلمي العلوم لمهارات التدريس المستمدة من السيرة النبوية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات في مدارس قصبة إربد في الأردن

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة معلمي العلوم لمهارات التدريس المستمدة من السيرة النبوية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات في مدارس قصبة إربد في الأردن، والكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق في درجة ممارسة معلمي العلوم لمهارات التدريس تعزى إلى النوع الاجتماعي للمعلم، ومؤهله العلمي، وسنوات خبرته. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت بطاقة ملاحظة تكونت من (54) فقرة موزعة على سبعة مجالات، ثم طبقت على عينة الدراسة التي بلغ حجمها (66) معلماً ومعلمة، حيث تم مشاهدة ثلاث حصص عند كل معلم. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة معلمي العلوم لمهارات التدريس المستمدة من السيرة النبوية، جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة على المقياس الكلي وعلى كل محور من محاوره، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في درجة ممارسة معلمي العلوم لمهارات التدريس تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي للمعلم، ومؤهله العلمي على المقياس ككل وعلى مستوى كل محور من محاوره، في حين أنه توجد فروق تعزى لسنوات الخبرة على المقياس ككل وعلى مستوى كل محور من محاوره، ولصالح سنوات الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر) مقارنة بسنوات الخبرة (أقل من 5، 5- أقل من 10). وأوصت الدراسة بتضمين مهارات التدريس المستمدة من السيرة النبوية في برامج إعداد المعلمين، وفي الدورات التي تقدم للمعلمين الجدد. الكلمات المفتاحية: معلمي العلوم، مهارات التدريس، السيرة النبوية.

Abstract The study aimed at investigating the degree of practicing the science teachers of the teaching skills derived from Prophetic biography in the schools of Irbid Qasaba in Jordan, and to find out if there are significant differences attributed to teachers gender, qualifications, and teaching experience. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach, an observation checklist of 54 items and seven dimensions was applied on a sample of the study of 66 teachers with three classroom observations for each teacher. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing the science teachers of the teaching skills derived from Prophetic biography was with a high degree on the scale as a whole and on all its dimensions. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at α=0.05 in the degree of practicing the teaching skills derived from Prophetic biography due to the teachers' gender, qualifications on the scale as a whole and at all its dimensions. Moreover, the results revealed that there were significant differences due to the teachers' years of experience on the scale as a whole and on the level of each of its dimensions in favor for the teachers of 10 years of experience or more in comparison with the teachers of 5-10 years of experience, and 5 years of experience or less. The study recommended to include the teaching skills derived from Prophetic biography in the programs of teachers training. Key words: Science teachers, Prophetic Biography, teaching skills.
