الملخص
يقدم الفقه الإسلامي معالجات متطورة من حيث المبنى الموضوعي أو المضمون التشريعي، في صون حاجات المجتمع البشرية الجيدة، بعيدا عن التوظيف غير الشرعي للجودة، كما تطرحها وجهات النظر الوضعية من خلال قاعدة الغاية تبرر الوسيلة، وكم تعاني المجتمعات المعاصرة جراء ذلك وخصوصا دول العالم الثالث. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الموضوعي والمنهج التحليلي، وذلك بتلمس معالم الجودة في التشريع الإسلامي، واستخدام شكل الانتشار البياني فيه، والتقنين الفقهي ضمن محددات الجودة في الاستنباط والتطبيق. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة، بما تميزت به الشريعة الإسلامية في تنوع وسائلها ومسارعة الإنتاج الكمي والنوعي، دونما استعجال الأمر قبل أوانه، وبذلك يتم استثمار جميع الوقت وكافة الطاقة، مما ينقل الفعل الصادر إلى جودة عالية، ضمن مجالات الإبداع والانجاز، وأجواء المنافسة الايجابية، من خلال الجودة الخلقية في تصويب السلوك الإنساني إلى أرقى مستوياته.
Abstract
The Islamic doctrine gives pullulant remedy in objective tenement or undertaken in alshrea ,in keeping needs for good human society, and gives posture viewpoint during rule" the aim impellent by the facility", and how much is the societies suffer from the spatially in third world countries . This study depends on extrapolative approach, objective approach ,and analysis approach ,and that by gropingly quality landmarks in Islamic legalizing, and using diagrammatic spreading shape in it, and juristically scanting with quality limiting in educing and applying. And this was important results of the study , with identifying alshrea in variating facilities and jumping the qualitative quantitive production without hurrying the thing before appointment, and then we are exploiting all the time and all the power, then it moved the act to high quality , within ingenuity and achieving spaces, and positive contesting area, through ethic quality and correct the human behavior to best level
