درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة والاعتماد في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال الحكومية الأردنية في مديرية تربية وتعليم قصبة إربد- الأردن

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة والاعتماد في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال الحكومية الأردنية في مديرية تربية وتعليم قصبة إربد من وجهة نظر المديرات، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (42) مديرة، وللتحقق من أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة والاعتماد لرياض الأطفال في المدارس الحكومية في قصبة إربد جاءت الدرجة الكلية بتقدير متوسط، حيث حصل مجال "التعلم والتعليم" على المرتبة الأولى، وبدرجة مرتفعة، ثم تلاه مجال "الإدارة والقيادة" في المرتبة الثانية، بينما جاء مجال " الموارد البشرية " في المرتبة الأخيرة، وبدرجة تطبيق منخفضة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي، باستثناء محوري (التعلم والتعليم، والصحة والتغذية) وجاء لصالح المؤهل العلمي بكالوريوس، أما بالنسبة لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود فروقات ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤ 0.05) على جميع محاور درجة ممارسة معايير ضبط الجودة والاعتماد لرياض الأطفال الحكومية (الادارة والقيادة، الموارد البشرية، التعليم والتعلم، الصحة والتغذية، المجتمع المحلي) تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وتعزى هذه الفروقات لصالح المديرات من ذوات الخبرة (اكثر من 10 سنوات). الكلمات المفتاحية: معايير إدارة الجودة والاعتماد، مؤسسات رياض الأطفال.

Abstract The aim of this study was to reveal the degree of application of quality standards and accreditation in Jordanian governmental kindergartens in the Directorate of Education in Irbid from the perspective of the directors. To achieve the purpose of this research, the descriptive approach was used and the questionnaire was used as a study tool. The study sample was applied to 42 directors from the education directorates of Kasbah Ibid – Jordan. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of quality management and accreditation standards for kindergartens in public schools in the Kasbah Irbid was high.، Learning and Education ranked first with a high score followed by Management and Leadership.Human Resources came last with a low degree of implementation. There were no significant differences attributed to the impact of education qualification except(، excepting learning and education health and nutrition, learning and education) and came in favor of the Bachelor's degree. Regarding the requirements of years of experience, there was a statistically significant differences at )α≤ 0.05) at all the axis of the degree of practicing standards of quality control and accreditation for public kindergarten (management and leadership, human resources, learning and education, health and nutrition, local community). Regarding the variable of years of experience. These differences are attributed to the favor of experienced female principals (more than 10 years).
