Abstract
This paper deals with miscarry in terms of its concept and Fiqhi rulings which relate to it. Thus, it studies the ruling of washing his body, al-Ghusl, his funeral, coffin, burying, naming him, his inheritance, felony that concerns him, and the other related issues. The research illustrated the different opinions in these issues including there evidence. This is in addition to providing an assessment for this data in order to reach to the selected opinion
