Abstract

ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السودانية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (136) عضو هيئة تدريس من (10) جامعات عامة وخاصة. تمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في أن تطبيق عمليات ادارة المعرفة في الجامعات السودانية كان منخفضاً. وجاء بعد توليد المعرفة والحصول عليها في المرتبة الأولى من بين أبعاد عمليات ادارة المعرفة، إضافة إلى أن ليس هناك فروق ذات إحصائية بين افراد العينة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس و الدرجة العلمية، وسنوات الخبرة. قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات أهمها تطوير البنى التحتية للجامعات السودانية، وضرورة توافر متطلبات إدارة المعرفة لهذه الجامعات. كلمات مفتاحية: إدارة المعرفة، التعليم العالي، السودان.

Abstract This study aims to investigate the level of application of knowledge management processes in Sudanese universities. The study sample consisted of (136) academic staff member from (10) public and private universities. The main findings of the study were that the application of knowledge management processes in Sudanese universities was low and Knowledge generating and acquisition dimension has the highest priority among knowledge management processes, as well as that there are no statistical differences between the sample according to sex, experience, and academic position. The study made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the development of university infrastructure, and the need for knowledge management requirements for these universities Key Words: Knowledge Management, Higher Education, Sudan.
