أثر مستخرج أبي عوانة في دفع الانتقاد عن صحيح مسلم: وصل ما في رواية أصل من الانقطاع

Abstract

ملخص يتناول البحث أثر مستخرج أبي عوانة في دفع الانتقادات الواردة على الأسانيد من حيث وصل ما في روايات صحيح مسلم من الانقطاع. ومن المعروف في علم الحديث، فإن السند هو عنصر مهم لا يمكن إنكاره بجانب عنصر آخر، ألا وهو المتن؛ وذلك لأن السند هو السلسلة التي تربط بين رواة الحديث والرسول . وعندما يكون في إحدى السلاسل إشكال، فإن صحة الحديث ستكون بالتأكيد موضع تساؤل. حيث إن الانتقادات واردة على الأسانيد في صحيح مسلم من بعض النقاد من المتقدمين، منهم: الدارقطني وابن عمار الشهيد وأبو علي الغساني وابن القطان وغيرهم. وتعد هذه الانتقادات عن علة تقتضي ضعف روايات صحيح مسلم بوجود الروايات المنقطعة فيه. لذلك ركز هذا البحث على تحليل الأحاديث المنتقدة الموجودة الواردة بعلة الانقطاع. وغير ذلك، فإن هذا البحث يعرض أثر مستخرج أبي عوانة في دفع تلك الانتقادات من خلال وصل ما في رواية أصل من الانقطاع. وقد تم التوصل إلى نتيجة أن مستخرج أبي عوانة يؤثر في وصل رواية الانقطاع عند صحيح الإمام مسلم من خلال طرق إسناد أخرى والتي تجتمع في أحاديثه. الكلمات المفتاحية: مستخرج أبي عوانة، الانتقادات، رواية الانقطاع، صحيح مسلم، رواية موصولة. The effect of the Mustakhraj of Abu Awanah in narrations in answering the criticism on chain of narrators in term of connecting the interrupted narrations in Sahih Muslim Abstract This study deals with the effect of ‘Mustakhraj Abi ᶜAwanah’ in answering the criticsm related on chain of narratos in term ofconnecting the interrupted narrations in ‘Sahih Muslim’. In hadith study, the chain of narrators (Sanad) is an important and undeniable element along with other element, which is the matn. It is because, sanad is the chain that connects the narrators of the Hadith and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). When one of the chains is problematic, the validity of the Hadith will certainly be questioned. There are criticisms from some applicants against the chain of narrators in ‘SahihMuslim’such ad-Daraqutni, Ibn Umar as-Shahid, Abu Ali al-Ghassani, Ibn al-Qattan and others. These criticisms are considered to effect the validity of ‘Sahih Muslim’ narrations by the existence of the interrupted chains of narrators. Therefore, this study focused on analysing criticisms of interrupted narrations. In addition, this study presents the effect of ‘Mustakhraj Abu ᶜAwanah’ in answering these criticisms by connecting the interrupted chain of narrators. The collected study reach that ‘Mustakraj Abi ᶜAwanah’ affects the connection of interrupted narrations in ‘Sahih Muslim’through the other authenticity chains of narrators which are assembled in his collection.
